[Cook Rom] [Review] DK 7.0 test has been leaked for SHV-210L

Although there are many reports for bugs in 4.3 rom that Samsung has been released last week. Now, DK rom of EvilSylvanas has been release in test version.

• How to install this rom?

1. Extract the rom and copy it to your sdcard
2. Take your device to Recovery (Home + Vol-up + Power button)
3. wipe date/factory reset
4. wipe cache partition
5. install zip from sdcard
6. choose zip from sdcard
7. Link to where you store this rom 
8. Choose Yes

• After you Flash this rom, if you can't access wifi, Flash the attachmented patch
