• How to install this rom?

1. Extract the rom and copy it to your sdcard
2. Take your device to Recovery (Home + Vol-up + Power button)
3. wipe date/factory reset
4. wipe cache partition
5. install zip from sdcard
6. choose zip from sdcard
7. Link to where you store this rom 
8. Choose Yes

• After you Flash this rom, if you can't access wifi, Flash the attachmented patch

[Android 4.3] [Guide]How To Root Your SGS III SHV-E210L

I found my self the way to root the korean SGS III SHV-E210L. Just follow these steps:

1. Turn off your device. Then boot it to Download mode (Vol-up + Home + Power keys)
2. Plug your device to PC
3. Lauch the odin software (I recommend us 1.85 version)
4. Flash the “Auto root file” (attachment) via odin. And wait until it reboot
5. Go to Playstore and intall app named “SuperSU”
6. Lauch “SuperSU” app. It’ll ask you “How would you like to install the SU binary”
7. Choose Normal
8. Reboot your device
9. DONE!!! Your device has been rooted
